“This water park is too small. When we got there two of the rides were closed off. The Arcade is too small and options for food in that area is horrible. Go to Great Wolf or Camelback instead.”

“The place is a little bit run down and well worn. The afternoon that I checked in only ONE of the TWO elevators was working and the elevator floor was dirty. It WAS HOWEVER clean the next morning. I think that the rooms look so run down because the hotel is located in a VERY busy, accessible area. Also the rooms need a shower head with a spray arm for ALL rooms.”

“Great resort with many amenities. Problem is most of the amenities don’t open until noon and close as early as 7 PM like the main pool on the weekend. Most of the staff are super friendly. Our kids had a great time.”

“I don’t think the room was properly cleaned.We checked in after 3pm which the room should have been cleaned and sanitized. The floor was full of dusts, hair from previous guests, food crumbs, empty pill tube was left behind etc. The door was broken as well. The front staff was unfriendly. We booked for 5 people, towel was prepared only 3. We asked at the front desk for extra towels, they were not happy about it. The price is absolutely not worth the quality.”

“The room was spacious and clean. The staff was very nice and check in / check out were both quick and easy. The only thing preventing a 5 star review was the wifi. The signal in my room was very weak. I had to leave the room and go into the hallway for my phone/laptop to even detect the guest network and it kept on disconnecting and reconnecting once I was back in the room which was really frustrating. I called guest services but other than tell me that others were complaining about the same...

“While generally clean enough, the property does not let visitors know in advance that: a) their room will not have a TV; b) the rooms do not have cell service; c) the room has no desk; and, d) most of the rooms require a walk up a hill so steep that it required two "back-and-forth" paths. In addition, computer problems screwed up check-in such that after walking up the big hill, my key didn't work because it was for the wrong room. All of this doesn't make the property completely un-stayable,...

“I will definitely be back The woman that checked me in was lovely. I would like to know her name so I can send her a gift. I had come over for a Stephen Marley concert and had I not had to work the next day. I would’ve stayed till normal checkout time but unfortunately I had to leave very early.”
